Voltuqe Originals These are products designed and coded entirely by our own team. Since we know the code inside out, all of our original assets come with a 2-day warranty. If you spot any bugs caused by our code within the first 48 hours of getting it, we'll get it fixed for free.
Third-Party Assets Sometimes we host and sell great stuff made by other independent developers. Because we didn't write the code for these ourselves, our standard warranty doesn't apply and they are sold as-is. We might still try to help out if something is completely broken, but standard support isn't guaranteed for these files.

Safe Storage Make sure to download and save your files locally once you get them. We don't hold onto your download links forever!

1.1 Studio Support All transactions are processed as voluntary funding to support the development, maintenance, and operational costs of the Voltuqe studio and server.
1.2 Product Delivery In return for your support, you will be granted access to the specific digital asset, script, or server role associated with your purchase.
2.1 Final Sales Due to the nature of digital goods, all transactions made with Voltuqe are final. Once delivered, items cannot be returned or refunded.
2.2 Faulty Product Exception We will only consider a refund if an error occurs strictly on our end, or if the product arrives completely broken, unusable, or missing entirely upon delivery.
2.3 Chargeback Policy Forcing a refund through your bank or PayPal bypasses our store system. Any chargeback attempts will result in an immediate blacklist and permanent ban from Voltuqe.
3.1 Payment Options We exclusively accept payments via Swish and PayPal.
3.2 Verification No assets or roles will be distributed until the transaction is manually verified and cleared by our management. Unconfirmed payments will result in order cancellation.
4.1 2-Day Warranty You have a 2-day window after delivery to fully test your product. If you encounter any bugs caused by our original code during this period, we will fix them free of charge. After 2 days, we are no longer responsible for providing free updates or fixing patches caused by Roblox platform changes.
4.2 Code Modifications If you modify the script, model, or code after delivery and break it, your warranty is instantly voided, even if it happens within the first 2 days.
4.3 Third-Party Products (Disclaimer) Voltuqe occasionally hosts and distributes assets created by independent developers. Because these are external files, Voltuqe is not responsible for their performance or maintenance. While we may choose to assist with critical, game-breaking bugs at our own discretion, regular support is not guaranteed for third-party products.
5.1 Transaction Accuracy You are entirely responsible for ensuring your payment is sent to the correct recipient details provided. Voltuqe cannot recover funds sent to the wrong account.
5.2 Strict Anti-Leak Policy You are completely prohibited from sharing, leaking, reselling, or distributing any assets acquired from our store. Anyone caught leaking Voltuqe content will face an immediate, permanent ban and community blacklist.
5.3 Authorized Licensing All products are licensed specifically to you for personal projects or use within your own official Roblox groups and games.
5.4 Right to Refuse Voltuqe reserves the right to decline any order, service, or sale to any individual at any given time, for any reason, without providing an explanation.
